I think its the hardware bluetooth, so i am going to try and disable it from the bios. If it fails the above stress tests it will probably need a hardware repair. I am going to try to disable all the drivers in the device manager and see if I can shutdown the computer without errors. Rebooting doesn't work either, I end up system restoring to a previous point and my connection all the sudden is perfect again. and not when logged in. With that said, we at least know it's most likely a driver.
