What brand is the hard drive? I seem to come across a lot of blue screens of death...stating Driver IRQL not Less or Equal . ... Never normal mode. If so they'll send you a replacement drive free.
Check your hard drive to make sure it is properly configured and terminated. You may have been able to run these programs together in the past. you'll be urged to order the operating system repair disk to uninstal the unsigned program, removing that sort of trouble in such a manner. However, the brand new HD leads to the identical error message at the same time in the booting process.

You can also try switch SATA data cables and SATA power cables in case its faulty cable or connection. Then it goes through its hardware checks and when it gets done, that screen pops up.
