If you can not get a test to run stable, Disconnect all devices that are not needed to perform a memtest such as hard drives, disc drives, pci/pci-e cards use onboard I tried reinstalling Windows and I tried a new PSU. If the drive is failing or has problems it is possible for the drive to fail suddenly especially during heavy use as this test will do.
