I am still waiting for it.In the mean time, I went and bought a HITACHI 500gb HDD and installed it myself, and also went and bought Windows 7 because the technician Check your hard drive to make sure it is properly configured and terminated. anyway in fairness to him he spent an hour looking over my system and running tests, he heard the clicking noise coming from the HD so he ordered two new HDs. http://en.community.dell.com/support-forums/desktop/f/3514/t/19154127
