I then did a complete re-install of windows and re-installed the ATI Catalyst Control Centre and all drivers. Check your hard drive to make sure it is configured and terminated (I assume it's working I can boot into windows fine normally just NOT in safe mode). Check if anything was installed just before the BSOD began to occur. BleepingComputer is being sued by Enigma Software because of a negative review of SpyHunter.
