Bsod During Sleep Mode
This appears to be a typical software driver bug and is not likely to be caused by a hardware problem. Help !!! - Duration: 6:32. You have to copy all the .dmp files out of C:\Windows\Minidump to any other folder. I went thru many of the posts here, but it seems the ones that deal with sleep mode are bsod's coming OUT OF sleep. Make sure to run the Speccy after running the system about one or more hour. Check This Out Although, as i said in my original post, these BSODs are very random, sometimes i get them once in a couple of weeks, and sometimes once in a month or two.

For some reason it has not created a dump file, i do have "write an event in the system log" ticked and have selected "small memory dump 256kb", so not sure I still put my computer into sleep mode fairly regulalry, and it wakes without a problem, but in the past couple of weeks i'd say it has awoken to a BSOD Sign in to report inappropriate content.
